This past year has been nothing short of absolutely crazy but at the heart of it all lies the spirit of being persistent, celebrating our victories and striving to become better at what we do!
In that same spirit, we are so thrilled to have made it in the finalist group for a FinTech Australia award this year! It is an absolute honour and pleasure to be sharing this space with so many other great companies and this is a testament to the entire Bizcap team, our partners and our wonderful customers, so a big thank you to you all!
The award that we are up for is:
Best Workplace Diversity. This award recognises the workplace in a fintech that has created an inclusive environment that accepts each individual’s differences, embraces their strengths and provides opportunities for all staff to achieve their full potential.
This award holds a special significance to Bizcap as being relatively new in the business, we have been fortunate enough to build our team from the ground up, with diversity very much at its core!
To receive this recognition means that we know that our people are our greatest asset, and while we take pride in the working environment we provide, we are only effective if we are recruiting well, attracting, and retaining top talent and great colleagues.
